Documents and certificates
drillmate makes PDFs from what is already recorded: monthly and season reports, certificates for school or a visa, a payment statement, season diplomas and the clearance when a player leaves. Every PDF carries the club's name and crest.
On the phone a PDF opens the share sheet, so you can save, print or send it. On the web it downloads.
Reports for the club
- Club monthly report — fees, attendance, trainings and coaches for a month you pick. For the club's owner, admins and treasurer, on the Club plan. Find it under Club › Reports.
- Coaches’ work — trainings and matches per coach, for paying them, with a CSV export. Same people, same place.
- Report for the municipality — children per birth year, teams, coaches and trainings for a period of months, for a funding application. No children's names and no fees. For the owner and admins: Club › Reports › Report for the municipality, choose the months and tap Make the PDF.
- My month — a coach's own teams: trainings, matches and attendance for a month. In the Menu under Reports and PDF.
Season reports
- A team's season (trainings, attendance, matches, what the time went on): the team's Reports section, Export PDF.
- A player's season: the player's profile, under More.
- A family gets their child's season on the child's page.
Certificates a family can download
On the child's page, under Certificates:
- Membership certificate — that the child is a club member, for school, a visa or a discount. You can write the purpose (up to 80 characters).
- School excuse — the training and match days in a period of up to 31 days, for the teacher. Only days on the register or in a match squad count.
- Payment statement — the year's recorded fees, for tax or an employer.
Choose the options and tap Download.
Certificates the club issues
- Membership certificate from a player's profile (More) — anyone on the team's staff.
- Season diploma for one player, with an optional word from the coach (up to 140 characters), or Diplomas for every player from the team's Reports — one PDF, a page per player. The team's coaches and the club's owner and admins make them.
Clearance
When a family asks for a player to leave, the club approves it only with a clean Clearance: no fee months owed and no club kit still out. The clearance shows what is owed, if anything. Once it is clean, the club (owner, admins, treasurer) and the family can download it as a PDF. Months of an approved pause are not owed.
