Kit and sizes
Keep track of the kit the club hands to players and what has to come back, see every child's sizes before an order, and count the club's training equipment.
The club's kit list
The club's owner and admins keep the list of what the club hands out: Club › Overview › Kit › Club kit (on the web under Club). A coach working on their own finds it in the Menu.
- Tap Add an item.
- Give it a Name (e.g. "Match shirt").
- Choose which of the child's sizes applies: Shirt, Tracksuit, Socks, Boots, or one size.
- Choose whether it Comes back to the club (at the end of the season or on leaving) or The player keeps it.
A club can list up to 50 items. Removing an item does not touch what was already handed out.
Hand kit to a player
The team's coaches and the club's owner and admins hand out kit. Staff members see the list but do not change it.
- Open the team, then Players › Kit.
- The list shows who has everything, who is missing something and what is still to return. Filter by item to see who has it.
- Tap a player, then an item they do not have, and Hand out. The size the family entered is shown; set the day and an optional note.
- When the player brings a returnable item back, tap it and choose Returned. Delete record is only for a mistake.
A player who left stays on the list under Left — kit to return until the returnable kit is back. Until then their clearance is not clean.
Sizes
Sizes belong to the child and are entered only by the family: on the child's page, Kit and sizes, then Save sizes. The sizes go with the child if they move to another club. A player with their own account enters their own.
Before an order, the team's Kit page shows Team sizes: how many of each size, and how many children have no size yet.
The club's inventory
Inventory counts the club's training equipment (balls, cones, goals, bibs…).
- The owner and admins add an item and say how many the club has, how many are damaged and how many are missing.
- Every coach and staff member sets how many they hold under With me.
When a training plan needs more of something than you hold, the plan's Prepare says You do not hold enough.
