Refunds and cancellation

This page explains how to cancel a drillmate subscription and when you get your money back. It is part of the terms of service. drillmate is run by Dino Ramić, an individual based in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
1. Coach: bought in the app
A Coach subscription is bought inside the phone app, from the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store charges you and decides on refunds under its own rules; drillmate cannot refund it.
- Cancel any time in your store account: Apple, Settings › your name › Subscriptions; Google Play, Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Do it at least 24 hours before the period ends. Access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
- Ask for a refund from the store: Apple's refund page or Google Play's refund page.
2. Club: bought on the web
A Club subscription is sold by Paddle, which is the merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, collects the taxes and sends the invoice. Seats are per coach and the club pays for them.
- Cancel any time. The club owner cancels with the "Manage subscription" link in Paddle's emails or in drillmate under Menu › Subscription. Nothing more is charged, and the club keeps access to the end of the period it paid for. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends: teams and drills stay, only adding more is locked.
- Full refund in the first 14 days. Ask within 14 days of the first payment and you get all of it back, no questions asked. Write to hello@drillmate.app from the owner's address, or use the link in Paddle's receipt.
- After that, renewals are not refunded pro rata. Cancelling stops the next charge. The exception: if drillmate materially reduces the service you paid for, you may cancel and we refund the unused part of the current period.
- Consumers in the EU and the UK also have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. It ends once delivery of the digital service has started with your express consent, which checkout asks for; our 14-day refund above applies either way. A club is usually a legal person, not a consumer.

3. Free plan
Kickoff is free and has no time limit. There is no free trial of the paid plans.
