Signed in with Apple but your teams are missing

You signed in with "Continue with Apple" and drillmate looks new: no teams, no club. Most often Apple gave drillmate a hidden address, so this is a second account.

Why it happens

When you sign in with Apple you can choose Hide My Email. Apple then gives drillmate an address like abc123@privaterelay.appleid.com instead of your own. drillmate links Apple to an existing account only when the addresses match, so with a hidden address it makes a new, empty account.

Get back to your account

1. Open Menu › Sign out in the new account.
2. On the sign-in, use the email and password of your account. Forgot the password? Choose Forgot your password? and set a new one.
3. Next time, sign in the same way. To use Apple instead, choose Share My Email when Apple asks, so the address matches your account.

The empty account does no harm. To delete it, sign in to it and open Menu › Privacy and data › Delete account. See Privacy and your data.

An account made with Apple or Google, without a password

You can give it a password: on the sign-in, choose Forgot your password?, enter the account's address and follow the link in the email. From then on the email and password work too.
