Scheduling and who's coming

Regular training days appear by themselves; you book a training when you want the families to answer. Then you see who is coming, and remind those who have not answered.

Regular days

When a team has Training days set, each of those days shows on its schedule as Not booked. A regular day is only a placeholder: families cannot answer yet, and there is no plan or register.

Opening a regular day never books it. It shows what booking will do and offers:

Booking notifies every family on the team, and they can say whether they are coming.

Book a training or a match

  1. Tap + on Overview and choose a training or a match, or tap New session on the team's Schedule.
  2. Pick the Team, Date, Start and the Venue. Optionally add a Training name and a Note for families.
  3. Tap Book.

Only the team's coaches and the club's owner and admins book. Staff members see the schedule but do not notify families.

Move, postpone or cancel

Open the training, then More › Move, postpone or cancel the training:

You can give a reason (bad weather, pitch not available…). Families and staff are told.

How families answer

A parent, or a player with their own account, answers Coming or Not coming on the training, with an optional reason (Illness, Injury, Travel, School). They can also answer straight from the notification.

Answers close when the training starts. A training without a start time accepts answers until the end of the day. A postponed training waits for its new date; a cancelled one has nothing to answer.

See who is coming

The training's Who's coming shows everyone as Coming, Not coming or No answer. When a family tells you in person, change their answer there.

To nudge the rest, tap Remind N yet to answer. Only families who have not answered get it, and at most once every three hours. Families also get a reminder the evening before if they have not answered (they can turn it off).

Need someone to lead a training

On the training's More, I need a cover asks another coach or staff member of the club to lead it. They get a notification and choose Accept or I can't. Families are told only when they accept.

Trainings in your calendar

Menu › Trainings in your calendar gives a calendar link that keeps your trainings in your phone's or computer's calendar. A team's More has Add trainings to a calendar for one team.

Days the team does not train are covered in Days off and venues.
