Subscriptions and plans

drillmate has three plans: Kickoff (free), Coach for a coach on their own, and Club for a club with several coaches. Parents, players and staff members never pay.

The plans

• Kickoff — free, every account starts on it: one team, five drills of your own, one plan suggestion a week. Attendance, availability, field mode, notes and the family app are all included.
• Coach — for one coach: unlimited teams and drills of your own, a plan suggestion every time.
• Club — everything in Coach for every coach of the club, plus the club overview, membership fees and the club's reports. Paid per seat.

Seats are the owner, the admins and the coaches. Staff members and families are free.

Buy Coach

Coach is bought in the phone app, through the App Store or Google Play.

1. Open Menu › Subscription, or tap See plans when you reach a limit.
2. Choose monthly or yearly and tap Subscribe. The price comes from your store.

Bought on another phone with the same store account? Tap Restore purchases.

To change or cancel, use Manage in the App Store or Manage in Google Play: the subscription renews until you cancel it in the store.

Club

Club is bought on the web, per seat, by the club's owner. The club pays for its coaches' seats, so a coach who joins a club does not need their own Coach subscription (cancel it in the store before joining). When every seat is taken, the owner adds one.

Online Club checkout on the web is not open yet. To move your club to Club now, write to support@drillmate.app.

When a plan ends

Nothing is deleted. Teams, players, drills and records stay and keep working; only adding more beyond the free limits is locked (a second team, a sixth drill of your own, a second suggestion in a week, the club overview and fees).

If a payment does not go through, all data stays. Update the payment method in the store, or, for Club, the owner updates the card.

Who manages it

Only the organisation's owner manages the subscription. Everyone else sees the plan the club is on, and a coach in a club sees that the club pays for their seat. The family app never shows a subscription.
